Job Summary

  • Responsible for creating a vibrant and inclusive living environment for senior residents, overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring resident satisfaction, managing staff and financial performance, and maintaining compliance with regulations.
  • Develop and manage the community’s budget, monitor expenses, maximize revenue, and coordinate with PACS to identify capital expenditure projects and aesthetic improvements.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and supervise community staff members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment and providing ongoing professional development opportunities.
