Skills & Requirements
Must-have
10 to 15+ years risk management experience
5+ years leading enterprise risk programs
Designing second line of defense frameworks
Regulatory knowledge FCA DNB MAS FinCEN
Board and C-suite risk reporting
Nice-to-have
MBA or Master's in Risk Management
FRM PRM CRMA CAMS or CFE certification
Deep fintech payments cross-border experience
Bias toward automation AI and scalable tooling
High-velocity product governance experience
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Law, or STEM
10 to 15+ years in financial services or fintech risk
5+ years leading enterprise risk in multi-jurisdiction organizations
Experience preparing risk papers for Board and regulators
