Key Requirements

  • Minimum three years experience in Guest Services
  • previous supervisory or lead experience preferred
  • Reading, writing and oral fluency in Korean & English
  • Chinese is also preferred
  • College degree preferably specializing in hospitality
  • Must already possess valid work authorization in South Korea
