McLean, VA: $151,900 - $173,400; Richmond, VA: $138,100 - $157,700; Bonus/Equity: performance based incentive compensation; Benefits: comprehensive, competitive, and inclusive set of health, financial and other benefits

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or military experience
  • At least 4 years of experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, or a combination
  • Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative major or military experience
  • Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA), Accounting, Finance, or Economics
  • Certified Treasury Professional or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) license or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license or CFM
  • At least 5 years of experience in financial analysis and financial modeling
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • At least 3 years of experience using SQL, Python, or a combination
  • At least 3 years of experience in financial services, banking or technology industries
  • At least 3 years of experience partnering with senior leaders and internal stakeholders
