Job Summary
The position is responsible for promoting and facilitating the successful implementation of the Danaher Business System (DBS) at Cytiva China sites.
This role requires directing report to Platform DBSL while assisting regional Opco leadership in developing a DBS roadmap for growth processes.
Candidates must demonstrate the ability to build a DBS culture and scale competency across Danaher operating companies in the region.
