Job Summary
You will be the right hand of the Horeca Manager, ensuring high tempo, a positive atmosphere, and top-level service at one of our hospitality locations at Schiphol.
Your responsibilities include conducting interviews, motivating the team, ensuring compliance with HACCP and safety regulations, identifying improvement opportunities, and discussing results with the Horeca Manager.
We offer an attractive salary between €3,045 and €3,786 (at 38 hours), 8% holiday pay, a yearly bonus week salary, travel expenses up to €17.60 per day, and a 50% extra night allowance.

Key Requirements
MBO level 4 education (preferably hospitality)
Minimum 3 years horeca experience
Minimum 2 years leadership experience
Must have been registered with a Dutch municipality for the past 8 consecutive years
