This role provides a positive patient experience by accurately registering patients and gathering complete demographic and insurance information.
The position requires rotating assignments between outpatient registration and the Emergency Department while ensuring regulatory compliance is met.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
High School Diploma or GED required
3 years healthcare customer service experience
Emergency Department registration preferred
Proficient with EPIC or Cerner EHR systems
Accurate demographic and insurance data entry
Nice-to-have
Associates degree in healthcare or business
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of third-party insurance coverage
Meticulous attention to detail
Experience with Medicare Secondary Payer questionnaire
Key Requirements
