  • Operates on a rotating schedule with availability Monday-Friday until 10:00 PM and Saturdays 8:00 AM-5:00 PM.
  • Responsibilities include creating payment plans, modifying plans, taking action on disputes, listening for hardship cues, updating customer information, and ensuring legal compliance.
