Job Summary
The role is responsible for the comprehensive maintenance of District Cooling System (DCS) plants and Retail Cooling Monitoring (RCM) plants.
Candidates must possess a NITEC certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, Air-conditioning, or Control & Instrumentation with at least two years of relevant hands-on experience.
The position requires adherence to strict safety protocols including Machine Guarding, LOTO, Permit to Work, and hazardous area classification while managing external vendors.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
NITEC certificate in Electrical Mechanical Air-conditioning Control & Instrumentation
minimum two years relevant experience
hands-on equipment maintenance facility management process plants
read electrical pneumatic P&IDs mechanical parts drawings manufacturer manuals
operate computerised BMS systems
perform shift duty as required
Nice-to-have
strong team-player with good communication skills
experience operating computerised BMS is an advantage
ability to rotate across different plant locations for training
