• Manage prototype construction documents, ensuring a single source of truth for all design iterations and changes, and proactively problem-solve construction issues affecting design.
• Create and implement new processes and systems such as SharePoint sites, Smartsheet trackers, file structure guidelines, and review checklists.

Key Requirements

• 12+ years of professional design experience
• 5+ years of experience managing and mentoring design team
• 7+ years of Revit experience
• Bachelor’s degree from CIDA or NAAB accredited institution
• Proficiency in architectural drawings, concepts & design
• Working proficiency with IBC and ADA
• Experienced in managing projects of varied scope and complexity
• Experienced in contributing to budgets
