Job Summary

  • This job performs associated tasks in fulfillment and/or finishing work, ensuring quality control measures and processes are followed.
  • Own all aspects of order fulfillment for one or several products, including managing order backlog, validating configuration, and processing orders in compliance with ISO processes and contract terms.
  • Identify and help implement enhancements to order management processes and tools to support a positive customer experience and streamline order processing.
