Job Summary
The International Rescue Committee (IRC) aims to provide integrated and vital protection services through its protection program, encompassing Women's Protection and Empowerment (WPE), Child Protection (CP), and Protection and Rule of Law (PRoL).
The Senior Protection Officer will supervise the implementation of integrated protection program activities, ensuring effective and efficient service delivery, and contribute to improving the planning and visibility of IRC's protection intervention.
The role involves managing project implementation, representing IRC in coordination forums, and supervising and mentoring direct reports to foster a strong team spirit and ensure successful performance.

Key Requirements

Previous team management experience is highly appreciated
Excellent written and oral communication skills in French and English
