Job Summary

  • As a region lead trainer, you’re passionate about delivering innovative and effective training in exciting and diverse ways.
  • You’ll coordinate, deconflict, and schedule in-person and virtual training for our Army customer, staff, and units through live audience instruction and customized scenario-based training exercises.
  • Be empowered to leverage your leadership, creativity, technical expertise, and problem-solving abilities to manage and deliver training using the Army’s Combined Arms Training Strategies (CATS) and the ADDIE model learning framework.

  • 5+ years of experience in military or civilian training

  • Ability to travel regionally up to 75%
  • Ability to load cases up to 50 lbs
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Valid U.S. issued driver’s license
