Job Summary

  • Provide upper level executive administrative support to the Vice Chancellor / Chief Financial Officer, Associate Vice Chancellor, and Contract Review Manager.
  • Responsible for operations support to the Vice Chancellor’s office, its division departments, and the UA Little Rock campus in a multitude of administrative processes.
  • The position requires the ability to manage complex schedules, draft correspondence, coordinate travel, and maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in sociology, public administration, or related field
  • Two years of experience in program administration or related area
