Key Requirements

  • 5-10 years as Estimator, Cost Manager or similar
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management

  • Strong working knowledge of architectural drawings
  • Ability to lead teams and interact with clients
