The Regional Director of Therapy Services is responsible for the oversight of multiple facility rehabilitation programs and the mentoring of Directors of Rehabilitation.
This role requires strict adherence to PACS Therapy Best Practices, Medicare guidelines, and State Practice Acts while monitoring patient charts and electronic health record systems.
The incumbent will interface with regional administrative professionals to ensure operational compliance, support survey excellence, and assist with facility performance metrics.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in PT, OT, or SLP required; Master's/Doctorate preferred
Active license as Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist
RAC-CT Credential required within 1 year of hire
Prior regional experience preferred
CPR certification required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Net Health, and Point Click Care
