Job Summary
Professionally achieve regional sales targets and ensure the regional team successfully completes the work plan (POA), field strategy plan, and regional plan according to company policy and the AstraZeneca Code of Conduct.
Conduct SWOT analysis of the market and competitors to identify business opportunities and develop regional business plans based on key business objectives.
Maintain contact with key long-term customers/clients and supervise Medical Representatives (MRs) to ensure they provide key promotional information using approved detailed supporting materials as per the work plan (POA).

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above
2+ years of pharmaceutical sales management experience
Market management experience
Customer management experience
Experience in large multinational pharmaceutical companies preferred
