Base: $31.79/hr; Premiums: +$1.62/hr PT/MT cert, +$3.23/hr UT Level 1, +$1.00/hr shift premium; Bonus: Up to $2,000 sign-on/retention

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Active Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) certification
  • Flux Cored Arc Welding (FCAW) experience
  • Visual inspection of structural weldments
  • Knowledge of AWS D1.1 standards
  • 3rd shift availability

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with automated welding systems
  • Familiarity with Lean continuous improvement tools
  • Mentoring skills for welding operators
  • High-mix low-volume manufacturing background

Key Requirements

  • Active CWI certification from AWS
  • Demonstrated FCAW inspection experience
