Perform complete dissection, gross description, selection and submission of tissue for microscopic examination and special studies following departmental guidelines.
Adhere to the laboratory's quality control policies and procedures and assist other areas rotations within the department with specified assignments.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a Biological, Chemical or related life science
Completion of a NAACLS accredited PA program
Certified by the American Society of Clinical Pathology
Experience cutting frozen sections is desired
3 months or more experience grossing small biopsies
3 months or more experience in a clinical laboratory
