Pinterest is seeking a Sr. Strategic Sourcing Specialist for their Corporate Services & Support team to drive sourcing initiatives in various service categories, focusing on cost optimization and supplier partnerships. Job Summary

  • Own the end-to-end sourcing lifecycle for corporate services, including Workplace/Facilities and Legal categories, as well as intake, scoping, market analysis, RFP/RFQ execution, supplier selection, negotiation strategy, contracting support, and ongoing supplier management.
  • Lead competitive bidding events (RFPs) and commercial negotiations for significant-spend projects (e.g., facilities services, design & construction support, workplace operations, food services, real estate-related services, legal services/vendors, and other G&A services as needed).
  • Use AI thoughtfully to improve sourcing outcomes—applying AI-enabled tools to accelerate analysis and drafting, surface opportunities, and improve operating efficiency while maintaining appropriate governance and confidentiality.
