Job Summary

• This role will be key for the transformation and expansion of our operative platform in the American market, contributing technical expertise to lead the implementation of new products and refine operational flows for Fixed Income.
• Key responsibilities include leading the end-to-end operational definition for new Fixed Income products and redesigning post-trade flows, while also performing specialized daily operational tasks.
• The position requires close global coordination with teams in New York, Madrid, and Mexico City, serving as the key technical liaison between Front Office, Technology, and Global Operations.

Base: $120,000 - $135,000; Bonus/Equity: Discretionary bonus eligible; Benefits: Generous employee benefits package
