Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants in accordance with federal, state, and local standards.
Perform administrative functions including directing staff, ensuring policy compliance, participating in quality assurance, and managing resident admissions, transfers, and discharges.
Administer medications, transcribe physician orders, chart resident care, and ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
