Skills & Requirements
Must-have
10+ years enterprise solution sales experience
Strong knowledge of IoT and AI technologies
Proven track record in value-based selling
Experience with BMS or HVAC systems
Ability to manage complex sales pipelines
Nice-to-have
Entrepreneurial mindset and start-up mentality
Familiarity with Software as a Service models
Willingness to travel within Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan
Experience in sustainability initiatives
Consultative selling skills for multiple stakeholders
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred
10+ years demonstrated success in enterprise sales
Experience in Account Management and opportunity qualification
Technical acumen in IoT architecture and edge/cloud technologies
