The role ensures the smooth functioning of front desk operations and office logistics in a private banking environment in Zurich.
It provides high-level administrative and executive support to Market Heads and acts as back-up to the Executive Committee SAT to ensure seamless coordination of agendas and corporate documentation.
The position requires discretion, flexibility, strong organizational skills, and the ability to operate in a multicultural and highly regulated banking environment.
