Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • CHRP designation preferred (or currently in progress)
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressively responsible experience in HR
  • 2–4 years of experience as an HR Generalist, Advisor, or Manager
  • Strong understanding of Canadian employment law
