  • The team works in a fast-paced environment, on a queue, taking non-medical counseling calls in the moment, as well as through scheduled appointments.

Key Requirements

  • Master’s degree or PhD in mental health field
  • Current, valid, unrestricted counseling license in Maryland
  • Minimum 4 years post masters clinical experience
  • Knowledge and experience with Employee Assistance Programs
  • Knowledge and experience in crisis management
  • U.S. Citizen
  • Federal public trust clearance
