Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field
7+ years in maintenance, reliability, or technical operations
Experience managing globally distributed teams
Proven experience leading maintenance strategy and work management processes
Experience with CMMS and enterprise systems (SAP PM preferred)
Ability to lead change and influence without authority
