Base: $325,000.00 - $425,000.00 (California); Other geographies vary by market; Actual compensation determined by experience
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
15+ years progressive tax experience
2+ years in Partner or Director role
CPA or JD certification required
High-net-worth individual advisory
Family office and closely held business expertise
Nice-to-have
Established book of business
Thought leadership and speaking engagements
Technology-enabled tax solutions exposure
Master's degree in Taxation or Accounting
Process transformation initiatives
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent
CPA or JD license
Minimum 15 years public accounting tax experience
Minimum 2 years Partner/Director level tenure
Extensive HNW and family office advisory experience
