Job Summary

  • Develops and maintains the EMS System Policies and procedures according to System and State policy, while maintaining effective communication and working relationships with EMS personnel, chief's, hospital departments, and regional/state partners.
  • Oversees and leads the development and implementation of the annual EMS system education, based on National guidelines, performance improvement initiatives, and EMS System needs, coordinating the educational needs of approximately 700 EMS providers and ED RN’s.
