Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field
  • 15+ years of experience in energy or nuclear infrastructure
  • 7+ years in senior leadership roles
  • Proven experience managing large, complex programs
  • Demonstrated P&L responsibility
  • Strong understanding of nuclear safety, licensing, QA, security, and regulatory frameworks
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams
  • Residing in Northern Virginia, DC, Maryland area or willingness to travel up to 50%
