This role involves learning to oversee and execute all department expectations including staffing, customer service, visual merchandising, stocking, and merchandise guidelines.
Gains understanding of workforce productivity, efficiency, and process improvement projects, and becomes proficient in holding team members accountable for compliance with sales, safety, and security practices.
