Regional Asset Protection Manager is responsible for ensuring Asset Protection initiatives and programs are executed within the region, analyzing and managing regional shrink performance, and detecting, investigating and resolving theft and fraud.
This role involves leading a field team of Multi-Store Asset Protection Managers, Sr. Asset Protection Supervisors, and Asset Protection Specialists, focusing on their onboarding, training, coaching, and development.
The position requires driving communication and alignment with Regional and District team leaders on AP initiatives, strategies, and mitigation efforts, as well as leading outlier management of stores with shrink results not meeting company guidelines.
