Deliver user support and proactive issue management of the Manhattan Active warehouse management system (WMS) and connected Exotec automation.
Identify, investigate, and solve issues with a focus on excellent communication, and drive continuous improvement of our logistics systems.
This role would be well suited to someone who has worked in a warehouse environment where they have provided administrative support to a fast-paced and evolving operation.
