Job Summary

  • Provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of all resident care information including protected health information and report any known or suspected unauthorized disclosure.
  • Assist residents with daily functions including dental and mouth care, bath functions, combing of hair, dressing and undressing as necessary.
