Job Summary
The role is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through close management of Airbus Suppliers’ activity and performance in line with Supplier Support Conditions (SSC & GCP) and industry standards.
Key responsibilities include resolving customer queries related to contractual supplier management, managing customer relationships for key accounts, and contributing to supplier improvement plans.
This position requires a 5-year degree in engineering and/or Business school with at least 5 years of experience in airlines business, customer services, supplier management, and project management.
