Key Requirements

  • Bachelors’ Degree in a science-based or STEM /technical field
  • 2 to 5 years Parenteral Operations experience or support
  • Demonstrated high degree of ownership / accountability
  • Strong communication (written and oral) skills, teamwork, and influence
  • Solid technical writing skills
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Deviation, CAPA, investigation experience
  • Previous leadership / supervisory experience
  • Previous engineering or project management experience in pharmaceutical field
