Job Summary

  • Your work will empower Cat and Dealer sales teams to achieve their targets and help customers get maximum value from their Cat LMT machines.
  • As the strategic marketing lead, you’ll influence and execute the New Product Introduction (NPI) process and represent Resource Industries Sales, Services & Technology (RISST) on the Product Value Stream (PVS) NPI team.
  • This role spans the entire machine lifecycle —from pre‑sale consultations to post‑sale optimization.
