Own end-to-end client onboarding orchestrator
Drive design and implementation of SoFi Exchange Network (SEN)
Build enterprise-grade identity and access management systems
Recruit, mentor, and grow engineering team
Set technical direction and engineering standards
Drive cross-functional alignment with Product, Compliance, Risk, Treasury, and Operations
Design systems for scaling to hundreds of clients

Experience building financial systems
Experience building real-time payment systems
Background in commercial or institutional banking
Experience with crypto-adjacent financial infrastructure
Familiarity with AML/KYB compliance workflows
Experience building developer-facing products
Prior work with workflow orchestration engines
Key Requirements
10+ years of software engineering experience
4+ years in engineering management
Strong distributed systems skills
Strong technical expertise
Track record of zero-to-one product delivery
Experience with enterprise identity and access management
