Salary
Base: $121,992 - $174,200; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for annual bonus and equity awards; Benefits: Medical dental vision 401(k) PTO student loan repayment
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Business
4 years of supply chain experience
GMP processes and pharmaceutical regulatory knowledge
ERP setups and MRP proficiency
Data analysis with Excel Power BI Tableau Python
Nice-to-have
Experience with complex contract negotiations
Background in cell gene and device manufacturing
Strong analytical tools for cost savings opportunities
Ability to resolve supplier product quality concerns
Experience with automation efficiency optimization projects
