  • This role owns and evolves Bloomberg's global Accessibility strategy to ensure it is embedded across policies, processes, and tools.
  • The incumbent will partner with HR, Workplace Operations, Engineering, and Legal to remove barriers and improve employee and guest experiences.
  • Candidates must demonstrate the ability to drive execution, identify gaps, and build a roadmap for continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.
