Responsible for assisting in the Traffic and Customer Service Department to include processing customer orders and issues and verifying and maintaining records on outgoing and incoming shipments.
Requires timely and accurate performance, and if assisting in Warehouse, must be able to work in a cold environment and lift 40lbs.
Duties include providing customer support, handling shipping & receiving activities, preparing pick tickets & load documents, and scheduling inbound and outbound shipments.
