Skills & Requirements
Must-have
3-5 years facility management experience
Associate's degree in facilities or related field
Proficiency with MS Office and CMMS systems
Knowledge of federal state local regulatory requirements
Strong vendor coordination and contract compliance skills
Nice-to-have
Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience in commercial real estate industry
Ability to maintain professionalism under stress
Excellent written verbal communication skills
