The SMS & Mobile App Specialist will be responsible for managing the Melco Club app and executing strategic SMS and push notification campaigns to enhance customer engagement and communication.
This role focuses on optimizing mobile touchpoints, supporting marketing initiatives, and improving overall customer experience through data-driven and timely messaging.
Support the upcoming implementation of an Omnichannel Communication solution, including CRM integration, communication flows, automation, and reporting.
