• The Energy, Infrastructure, & Transition team provides investment banking services to clients in the power, utilities, renewables, infrastructure, midstream, upstream energy, and energy transition sectors with a global coverage strategy.
• The Associate will play an integral role advising on significant transactions supporting AI build-out and re-industrialization, with exposure to company executives and board of directors.
