Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Mechanical and electrical experience required
PLC background knowledge necessary
Fabrication welding MIG skills needed
Machine shop equipment operation required
Blueprint reading capability essential
Ability to lift up to 65 pounds
Supply own basic hand tools
Nice-to-have
Manufacturing or packaging experience preferred
Experience with ink glue pumps and print decks
Background in HVAC and chiller systems
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Proactive approach to equipment repair recommendations
