The Operations Implementation Manager will be responsible for managing the complex needs of one of ShipBob’s largest Powered By merchants, ensuring their customers are onboarded into the ShipBob operational ecosystem with the best experience.
This role involves working cross-functionally with various teams including Merchant Implementation, Quality, SFN Operations, SIC Operations, Forecasting, Analytics, and Sales to implement new Mid-Market clients operationally.
Key responsibilities include strategizing with partners to place merchants, executing on unique SKU profiles and pack expectations, acting as an escalation point for fulfillment issues during onboarding, and finding scalable creative solutions to merchant requirements.
