Job Summary

  • The Sales Enablement Consultant supports the design and execution of the Sales strategic planning process and the delivery of key sales initiatives across the organization.
  • This role partners with Sales leadership to define and advance sales strategy across channels, leveraging data analytics, performance measurement, and project management to drive execution.
  • Responsibilities include developing and maintaining sales performance metrics, reports, and dashboards, delivering actionable insights through qualitative and quantitative analysis, and supporting implementation through effective communication and change enablement.
