Job Summary
Serve as the Head of Department of ACO-PGR, overseeing Planning, Regulatory Affairs & Change Management, Policy & Training, and PMO teams.
Support the Head of ACO and FCOA in managing the organization, developing strategy, and communicating with key stakeholders.
Manage and oversee the ACO-PGR team to provide governance and support, including resource and talent management, regulatory affairs, and change management.

Key Requirements
Minimum 6 years' experience in a Financial Institution
Minimum 1 year leadership experience
JLPT N1 Certification or equivalent Japanese proficiency
Experience communicating with Japanese stakeholders
Prior compliance experience preferred
Solid knowledge in Financials/Accounting/Managerial accounting
