Salary

Base: $19.941/hour for Technician I; $22.938/hour for Technician II after certification; Benefits: comprehensive state benefits package including health insurance and retirement

Key Requirements

  • Minimum age 18 years
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Must obtain Class A or B CDL within 90 days
  • Experience or coursework in construction surveying or materials testing
  • Pass NDOT Math, Highway Plan Reading, and Bridge Plan reading courses or hold Associate’s degree in related field
  • Ability to lift up to 100 pounds
  • Ability to report within 45 minutes for emergencies
