Job Summary

  • This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals to gain exposure and contribute to the overall Intel strategy through supporting mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and/or special strategic projects.
  • The Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) Accounting Manager position will be a member of the M&A and ICAP Accounting team, part of the broader Corporate Accounting group and Chief Accounting Office.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance with 4+ years of relevant experience OR Master's Degree in Accounting/Finance with 3+ years of relevant experience

  • 3+ years of public accounting and/or valuation experience
